Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete the data our apps keep about you. ladderGo keeps an account on our servers; civilDesk keeps everything on your device. For any other product, write to us.

In the app

Open your profile or Settings in ladderGo and choose to delete your account.

By email

Write to us from the contact page. We may ask for your account key to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

Your profile, balance, items, friends, sessions, account key hash and reward and purchase records are removed from the live database. Copies in backups disappear when those backups are replaced, within 7 days.

What stays

A device record that is no longer linked to any account. It holds only a device hash and the date a starting bonus was paid, so that registering again does not pay the starting stars twice.

Accounts that have not been used for 6 months are deleted automatically.

civilDesk

civilDesk stores history, photos, annotations and settings only on your device. Clear them in Settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything.
