How do I contact support?
Email us with the button below. Tell us which app and version you use, your device, and what happened.
Do I need an account to play ladderGo?
No. There is no sign-up or login. The app creates an account for your device the first time it goes online.
I lost my phone. Can I get my ladderGo account back?
Yes, if you saved your account key, which the app shows you. Enter it on the new phone. Without the key or a backup, the account cannot be recovered.
Does civilDesk work offline?
Yes. civilDesk works fully offline and keeps your data on your device.
Can I rely on civilDesk results?
civilDesk is a design aid and its results are preliminary. Verify critical results against the governing code and have a qualified engineer review them.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your ladderGo account in the app or by email. The delete account page explains how.
